Aqua Core: A fun and effective way to get in shape and burn extra calories all while sparing your limbs and joints from the stress of a high intensity workout. The water is a low-impact yet effective exercise environment due to its continuous resistance and the range of motion required of participants. Plus, it's a ton of fun! This class is for women of all ages and body types. Taught by Erika Malloy on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for an hour each day starting at 9:00 am. Drop-ins are welcome, just bring a towel, your preferred water clothing or bathing suit, and meet at our yurt pool. Single classes are $15, 10-class passes are $100 (a great deal!)
